Historiography of Art and Architecture

The course consists of analyzing the last two books of the architect manqué Colin Rowe (1920-1999): The Architecture of Good Intentions: Towards a possible retrospect (1994) and Italian architecture of the 16th century (2002), the latter in collaboration with Leon Satkowski

At this point – I suppose – that Rowe’s name, for an MBArch student in Theory and History, is that of a heavyweight, so he does not need further justification.
